Christmas Menu Christmas Menu: Salad by mouth

This Friday I am responsible for the Christmas menu. The weekend will put pictures and recipes of what I have prepared, but to whet your appetite, a list of what you just bought:

- two beef fillet steaks
- two avocados
- a bunch
green onions - tomato cocktail

feta cheese - two kilos of potatoes

- a red pepper and yellow pepper
- A bottle of Faustino V Reserve

Commercial Dishwasher Delime

Ingredients:

-
lettuce - tomato
- cheese Parmesan
- eggs
-
bread - garlic
-
olives - capers
- dressing: extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, tabasco green, brown sugar, soy sauce, salt

Preparation:

Boil the egg for five minutes so that the yolk is clear liquid and solid. Prepare salad sauce with the ingredients listed. Cut the bread into cubes and fry in olive oil with garlic. Grate the Parmesan into large pieces. Over a large bowl, place washed and cut lettuce. Then cut the tomatoes gajas. Then Parmesan cheese, olives and capers. At this time we pour the sauce over all, taking care to distribute it. Then put the fried bread and egg finally cut like in the picture, with cuts so you can see the yolk. On the egg add a few drops of green tabasco.

Ingredientes:

- 1 calabaza tipo hokaido
- 4 dientes de ajo
- pimienta negra, sambal oelek(o algo que pique), sal

Preparación:

Cortamos la calabaza y le eliminamos las pepitas y la piel. La cortamos en trozos y la rehogamos unos minutos con el ajo en aceite de oliva. Luego añadimos agua y hervimos hasta que la calabaza esté tierna. Batimos con la batidora y añadimos sal, pimienta negra y sambal oelek al gusto.
