Touching Pinky With Thumb

chickpea salad HAKE WITH VEGETABLES en Papillote WARM SALAD

....... with julienne vegetables and coriander dressing cherrys.
This is a healthy dish, rich, fresh ..... delicious!
Cocinar al papillote tiene las ventajas de hacerlo al vapor, esto es manteniendo todas las vitaminas y nutrientes que desaparecen en otros tipos de cocción, y aparte de esto se cocina en su propio jugo, quedando muy muy jugoso. De esta forma además se conserva todo el aroma natural de los ingredientes, su sabor y su color. Por si fuera poco es muy sencillo de preparar. A mi me encanta.






Ingredientes para 2:
2 lomos de merluza fresca.
2 limones.
1 zanahoria.
1 puerro.
8 cherry tomatoes.
AOVE
A fresh cilantro.
Salt Pepper

Two sheets of baking paper.
