Continuing with my current service for the salads, I had one in "pending to prepare" for some time. A warm salad with ingredients you can taste all kinds of people.
is a salad, but they are satisfying, single-dish salad, but also depends on the quantity, of course ... .. And warm, since that time, being still a bit chilly, perfect companion.
This dish is a version of the Warm Salad of Pakus of Lazy Blog, tailored to my tastes personal and I hope you enjoy both Pakus and the other readers.

Ingredients for 2 people:
Two good handfuls watercress sprouts.
Two large avocados.
200 grs. of gluttony.
10 cherry tomatoes.
100 grs. mixed mushrooms.
large onion.
A guidilla.
a garlic.
AOVE.
Vinegar of Modena.
Two tablespoons of butter.
A tablespoon of water.
Maldon salt.
Pepper.
started preparing the ingredients that are mild.
Cut the onion into strips and caramelized. Put the butter in a frying pan and add the onion. Then let them simmer until they see you start to brown. Add a tablespoon of water and still do, until we see who has the right tone. Reserve.
Chop a clove of garlic, and brown them slightly in a pan with a tablespoon of AOVE, along with the chili. Add the guides at the moment the garlic begins to color and let it cook all together.

In another pan put another spoonful of AOVE and sauté mushrooms. Pepper.

Peel and chop avocados.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Whilst providing a touch of heat to the pans to keep its contents cool.
We have everything ready, proceed to assemble the dish.
-have in every dish a whole bunch of buds of watercress.
Above them put a ring dish and fill in the following order:
-Gulas Sauteed ..
-Avocado chopped along with the cherrys halved.
-sauteed mushrooms ..
-Avocado t sprayed with the cherrys halved.
-crowned with caramelized onions.
removed the ring AOVE dish and seasoned with vinegar, Modena and Maldon salt.
Serve immediately and enjoy a delicious salad.
