Green asparagus with shi-take mushrooms and fresh basil sauce

Another recipe with asparagus, this time thinking of a light next to another dish of more packaging. So I deleted any protein or carbohydrate. It is a dish that seeks to maximize the simplicity and pure flavors of the vegetables. A plate for the vegetable lover in its pure essence. As can be seen in the first picture, to prepare a good meal you do not need advanced knowledge of kitchen or be able to perform very complicated techniques (which I certainly do not I have). All we need is quality ingredients and two sharp knives.

Ingredients:

- Asparagus
green - shi-take mushrooms
fresh - fresh basil
-
onions - Garlic
- Olive oil, salt and pepper.

Preparation Fry the mushrooms in olive oil with two cloves of garlic uncut. Be careful with them because they are real oil sponges. It is best to sauté in a little oil. Then boil the asparagus in a saucepan with salted water. While we make our sauce. Cut the garlic into slices and scallions in small pieces. Basil the left with whole leaves aside. Fry garlic and onion. When ready add the basil and season to taste. Serve on a plate asparagus with the sauce over it (also oil). For the mushrooms will also add only salt and pepper.
