Removable Luggage Wheels

One of the most interesting basic, essential for any salad with a tropical or a holiday and of course as an accompaniment to cooked seafood.
This is my recipe sauce.
The proportions of each ingredient be a matter of taste and the amount of sauce you want to prepare.

An egg.
A stream of olive oil 0.4 º.
A splash of vinegar.
Ketchup.
sweet mustard.
Tabasco.
Cognac.


Using a blender mix the eggs with oil to make mayonnaise. Once you have added a chorrín vinegar, and then a splash of ketchup, mustard, a little sweet, a few drops of Tabasco and a dash of cognac. we will be adding the ingredients in this order, slowly and one by one, trying to get the right proportion. After mixing two or three times, the ratio is obtained at the first .....
