Removable Luggage Wheels
One of the most interesting basic, essential for any salad with a tropical or a holiday and of course as an accompaniment to cooked seafood.
This is my recipe sauce.
The proportions of each ingredient be a matter of taste and the amount of sauce you want to prepare.
An egg.
A stream of olive oil 0.4 º.
A splash of vinegar.
Ketchup.
sweet mustard.
Tabasco.
Cognac.
Using a blender mix the eggs with oil to make mayonnaise. Once you have added a chorrín vinegar, and then a splash of ketchup, mustard, a little sweet, a few drops of Tabasco and a dash of cognac. we will be adding the ingredients in this order, slowly and one by one, trying to get the right proportion.
